"Prince of Peace' followers get on their Muslim hate
To those who proclaim to be Christians and yet are shaking their pom-poms excitedly and fervently praying for a decades long war against the Muslim world, I ask this:
Didn't your saviour, Jesus Christ, teach a gospel of love and wasn't he known as the 'Prince of Peace?'
If so, by hoping and praying for that war, aren't you rejecting Jesus Christ and maybe, just maybe you should ask who or what it is you're praying to?
And please explain how "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy,' from JC's "Sermon on the Mount," a spiritual guide for loving and taking care of others, morphed into something this twisted and hateful?

The “Window International Network” – run from Colorado by a certain Beverley Pegues - has got particularly carried away, exhorting us to Ask the LORD to dispatch His warring angels to oversee, contain, and defeat any spirits of destruction, terror or violence that seek to use this meeting of Muslims as an opportunity to wreak havoc. Pray that every demonic attack against the United States is revealed. Pray the Bible. Mark 4:22. Pray for every terrorist plot to be revealed, and those planning evil to be caught and quickly brought to justice.
Pray for the false gods of Allah and Muhammad, along with the demonic spirits of manipulation, religion, control, hatred, rejection, abandonment, and witchcraft to be bound and cast down in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Loose Godly unity, peace, and love.
Pray for the Athan (Islamic call to prayer) and all other Islamic prayers to be rendered ineffective and powerless, and for God’s impenetrable hedge of protection to be placed around leaders and governmental agencies of the United States of America. Pray that these leaders will not be affected in any way or influenced by witchcraft prayers and the schemes of evil principalities and powers. Pray the LORD’s Will and Purpose for the US will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Oklahoma pastor Reza Safa, a former Muslim who now broadcasts the gospel into the Middle East through his Nejat TV, said 50,000 Muslims bowing before Allah is "a slap in the face of Christianity."
“You can’t say America is a Christian nation and have Muslims, who deny Jesus is the Son of God, on the lawn of the White House,” he said this week from Jerusalem.
Maybe we should ask Congress to weigh in on this matter, but they're off for the JEWISH holiday of Yom Kippur.
So the next time some wild-eyed bible thumper starts singing the praises of Judaism and kissing up to Israel, tell them to ask their Jewish friends what one of the Jew's holy books, the TALMUD, says about Christ and his mother.

And dangerous since they have a big presence on Capitol Hill in both houses of Congress... and have a serious presence in the US military.
By their deeds, they are mostly dupes, yet willing soldiers of anti-Christ. Surely not all Christians are as easily duped as that!
ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'
TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'

About 1,400 years later, the 10 Commandments were summed up in the New Testament at Matthew 22, when Jesus was confronted by the religious "experts" of the day:
"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments" (Matthew 22:36-40).
A reflective reading of Christ's teaching reveals that the first four commandments given to the children of Israel are contained in the statement: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." It continues that the last six commandments are enclosed in the statement: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
John Hagee and others like him are teaching their flocks to worship Israel and from what I've seen on the occasion when I tune in to watch John-Boy spew hatred against Muslims and love Israel, his message has a big audience.
Ahhh yes Yom Kippur.
Well they have done with the voodoo type part already. That is Kaparot where they wave chickens over each other and say special prayers. Then the chicken is slaughtered and with the chicken goes all your sins. The bird is then given to the poor.
But that is warming up for the beloved day Yom Kippur which I am sure has true significance BUT it is also the day of the Kol Nidre a prayer that is repeated at least four or five times over the day so that no Jew misses a chance to say it.
Here are the enormously spiritual words of the Kol Nidre. You will find it explains the Bernie Madoffs and the bankers very well. And every other shiester you met who happened to be Jewish.
"ALL VOWS, OBLIGATIONS, OATHS OR ANTHEMS, PLEDGES OF ALL NAMES, WHICH WE HAVE VOWED, SWORN, DEVOTED, OR BOUND OURSELVES TO, FROM THIS DAY OF ATONEMENT, UNTIL THE NEXT DAY OF ATONEMENT (WHOSE ARRIVAL WE HOPE FOR IN HAPPINESS) WE REPENT, AFOREHAND, OF THEM ALL, THEY SHALL ALL BE DEEMED ABSOLVED, FORGIVEN, ANNULLED, VOID AND MADE OF NO EFFECT; THEY SHALL NOT BE BINDING, NOR HAVE ANY POWER; THE VOWS SHALL NOT BE RECKONED AS VOWS, THE OBLIGATIONS SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATORY, NOR THE OATHS CONSIDERED AS OATHS." ~ The Koh Nidre
Basically it is a get of of jail card for all those promises and vows you made over the last year and laying the groundwork for those of the coming year. I am told some Jews do not honor this prayer and consider it criminal and I am sure they are there. But, by and by, you can bet, mainstream follows through!

The Council of Nicea didn't destroy or talk about any gospels. It's unbelievable how widespread that crazy rumor is.
As far as the early church believing that Jesus was the Son of God, you could almost flip open any volume of the Ante-Nicene (that means "before Nicea") Fathers to any random page and find a quote saying Jesus is the Son of God. Tertullian wrote a small book only on that subject in A.D. 205 or so, over a century before Nicea (called Against Praxeas).
However, you're quite right that it's very sad to see supposed Christians crying out for war. They pray to their government because they have no faith in God. It's embarrassing.
